Q. Open Access - If we have published papers (and paid for them to be open access) do we still need to submit these to the repository? Or do we have to submit a Word version of the final paper and acceptance e-mail?

If a paper has been paid for under Gold open access, then we are usually allowed to use this version within Hydra instead of the final Word version.  However, we can only add this to the repository once the paper has been published.  Please send the final Word version by default, and this can be updated at a later date.
