Student Success Advisers are here to complement the role of personal supervision and can support students if they are unable to make an appointment with their personal supervisor or are anxious about approaching academic staff. Personal supervisors provide advice and guidance on a student’s academic performance. Student Success Advisers will provide support and refer students to specialist sources of support, alongside encouraging students to speak to their personal supervisors when necessary.
