At Springer Link click Sign up/Log in

Click Institutional/Athens login

Find your institution (via Shibboleth) type Hull in the dropdown box and select University of Hull

Click Log in via Shibboleth

Enter your University User ID and password

You will then need to search for your book title and then you can download the book, or scroll down and select individual chapters to download.
