If you are a student, staff or Associate member you need to enter your six digit userID - this is your campus userID, the same as you use to access other services such as e-mail, logging onto PCs, Canvas, Portal etc. It is not the same as your student number or barcode number on your student card. You also need to enter your campus password.
If you are a SCONUL member you need to enter your family name and the barcode number from your SCONUL card.
