This is normally three days before the item is due. Items that indicate they have been placed on hold (reserved) by someone else cannot be renewed.
24 hour loan items cannot be renewed on line or by telephone. However, if no-one else has placed a hold on the 24 hour item you may be able to check it out again after you have returned it (checked it in).
